Form 1099 - Repeal

Congressional action to repeal a section of the newly signed Health Care Reform Law that increases paperwork for businesses has been underway since the President signed the bill in March.  Specifically, Section 9006 requires all businesses to file a 1099 form with each business or individual from which it purchases more than $600 in goods or services annually.  It also removes an exemption for corporations and requires them to file as well.
